River Oaks Health Care Center - Facility
The original building (a Victorian Queen Anne) was built in 1904 by a prominent
figure of Lake City. Over the years a wing was added, an elevator was installed, the
lower level was remodeled, the house next door was bought then connected by a
new addition and a garden was created.

MAIN FLOOR - Offices, Bed Rooms, Large Screen TV Room, Sitting Room, Med Room,
Shower Room, Tub Room, Housekeeping, Vending Area, Supply Rooms, Board and
Lodging

SECOND FLOOR - Bed Rooms, TV Room with DVD Player

LOWER LEVEL - Kitchen, Dining Room, Activities, Conference Room, Computer
Room, Maintenance, Laundry, Vending Area

THIRD FLOOR - Attic (not accessible to residents)

PRIVATE GARDEN - Sheltered Smoking Deck, 2nd Deck, Ample seating to enjoy the
many flowers and a fountain.

The main floor, second floor and lower level are accessible by the elevator.

Smoking is allowed on the grounds (sheltered seating available) - not inside the
facility.

The facility is located in the quiet, small town
of Lake City, Minnesota between Rochester
and the Twin Cities.
